Send us the crew’s list. We take care of it ashore.

The yard that works on the yacht also looks after her crew ashore, through its own agency. There is no separate agent to find and brief. Most of these requests come from the captain and the crew: where everyone sleeps, who meets the flight, which papers a long stay needs, where the tender spends the winter. Send the list as you have it. It comes back line by line, with what the yard takes on, and every line is estimated before anything is done.

What the yard takes on

The rate card puts it in one line: transfers, permits, paperwork and daily questions are handled by the yard and are not left to the crew in a foreign country. The work is done by the yard’s own agency.

What follows are examples, not a menu. Every list is different and we go through it with you, so send yours even if half of it is not here.

Spare parts arrive as ship’s spares in transit. They come in VAT-free and are cleared by the yard’s agency.

Rates and the office

Rate card on request

We do not list rates on this page. The lines with a fixed rate are on the rate card, section F, and anything else on your list is estimated before it is done. Ask for the card, or send the list below.

If the yacht is run from a management office: one person at the yard answers for the crew’s list, the agency work goes on one invoice, and the owner’s office gets a report of what was done.

Where our part ends

If a line on your list is outside what the yard does, the reply says so up front.

A residence permit is issued by the Turkish authorities. We handle the paperwork end to end; the decision is theirs. Each crew member attends the appointment in person, and the review takes weeks and can run to months, so we file as soon as she arrives. It is a residence permit, not a work permit, and its term is tied to the yacht’s contract with the yard or marina.

We do not run a hotel. Rooms are found near the yard for the crew’s dates and budget.

We do not give a clearance time in advance. It depends on the case, and you hear where it stands as it moves.
